Explosion proof fan
The fans intended for use in explosive environments are suitable for operations where flammable or explosive materials are handled. The explosion-proof fans have an encapsulated electronic part, so there is no risk of sparking due to short circuit or mechanical damage. The explosion-proof fans are available in many versions for wall and roof and for square and circular ducting. All the explosion-proof fans supplied by us have the appropriate tests and certificates for operation in Ex environments.
MAXvent owlet ATEX
The MAXvent owlet ATEX medium pressure axial fans for explosive atmospheres are designed especially for the engineering and energy industries. The fans will find their use also in other sectors, namely cooling / air-conditioning technology, chemical industry, food processing industry, and the like. The fans are supplied as standard in sizes 450 - 1400 mm. The MAXvent fans have corrosion-free and light blades. During the development of these fans, the emphasis was on achieving high fan output and reducing operating costs.
Thanks to the bionic blade design, the MAXvent owlet fans have low operating costs and low noise level. The fans achieve high output due to a very powerful internal motor.
The impeller is made of the composite material ZAmid ATEX. The fan housing is made of hot-dip galvanized steel. The MAXvent owlet fans are very flexible medium pressure axial fans for explosive atmospheres.
