HVAC electrical accessories are components used for control as well as for more efficient operation of fans, heaters or entire HVAC systems. Speed switches / operation switches are simple speed controllers with preset values of multi-stage control for fans, door curtains and associated heaters or other devices equipped with multi-winding motors or otherwise prepared step control. Operation switches are also used as remote controls for transformer controllers and frequency converters in HVAC.
Speed controllers are electrical devices that are used for continuous or step control and change of fan speed. The fan speed controllers are available in flush-mounted and surface-mounted versions. We offer speed controllers with thyristor, triac, transformer or simple potentiometers for regulating EC motors (0-10V).
ON-OFF service switches
Switching and inspection devices are used to switch off and ensure the voltage-free state of the fan during repairs and maintenance. The ON-OFF service switches can be locked in the off state. They are designed for surface mounting. Ingress protection IP55 or higher.
The overrun timers are designed for delayed switching off of single-phase axial and centrifugal fans. The overrun time can be continuously adjustable in the range of approx. 0.1 s - 10 days or fixed. The overrun timers are controlled by a room light switch or button.
Motor starters are designed for motors with thermal contacts connected to the terminal block. The motor starters are designed for switching and protection of single-phase and three-phase motors. The thermal contact is located in the motor winding and senses its temperature. When the permissible temperature rises, the motor is disconnected from the mains via the starter. After the motor has cooled down, the starter can be connected or restarted again (depending on the motor type).
Sensors are devices that measure air quality (amount of CO2), relative humidity or temperature. These sensors are placed on wall (spatial) or directly in ducts (duct) in commercial spaces, fitness centres, offices and everywhere where the emphasis is on quality, temperature or other requirements for air conditioning in the room.
Actuators are devices that convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. They are one of the most widely used devices for regulating HVAC control, alternating and fire dampers or also disc valves and airflow volume controllers. The torque of the electric motor is transmitted to the damper shaft and thus the damper is opened or closed. Thanks to the gearbox, the torque during rotation is stable. Depending on the application settings, the air damper can be closed either completely or partially. Unlike a conventional motor, the exact position of the axis rotation can be set using the actuator. For most types, the direction of rotation can also be adapted to specific requirements.
In our offer you will find actuators with 24 or 230V power supply. There are many types of actuators available. The movement can be linear or rotary, there are different adjustment speeds from standard to super fast running. The actuators have different forces, which are needed for the air damper to be able to readjust. Their torque ranges from 2 to 40Nm. The range also includes fail-safe actuators with an emergency function designed to move the damper to the set position in the event of a power failure. The actuators with very fast adjustment in a matter of seconds use a braking system that guarantees stopping in a precisely defined position.
With current actuators, there is a wide range of control methods, from the most basic on-off function to sophisticated methods connected to an extensive software base working with large database systems in which the data of thousands of HVAC products are contained. Thanks to this, it is possible to connect actuators to communication buses, eg Mod-Bus, KNX... Progressive actuators have two-way communication allowing not only receiving and executing instructions from superior systems, but also sending information about their status, about status of connected sensors, airflow volumes, pressures, temperatures, etc.
Room thermostats are used to regulate the ambient temperature in heating or cooling systems. Thermostats can be used to control the following devices: zone valves or thermoelectric actuators, gas or oil burners, boilers, fans, fan-coil units, pumps and more.
Five-stage transformer speed controllers are designed to control asynchronous squirrel-cage motors, which are recommended by the manufacturer. Manually operated controllers have a switch on the front panel. In the version with remote control, the controller is supplemented by five contactors, which are interlocked. The remote control is provided by simple controls that allow Start, Stop of the fan, signal Standby mode and some even allow speed setting. With a controller with a voltage converter, it is possible to program the levels at which switching takes place, the hysteresis of individual stages and the time between switching from one stage to another. When switching, all stages are switched off first and with a time delay (programmatically 6 to 600 sec) the next stage is switched on.

Air pressure sensors
Differential pressure sensors are suitable, for example, for indicating clogged air filters, monitoring the integrity of V-belts or entire HVAC systems. The differential pressure is set inside the sensor after removing the cover. The differential pressure sensors are only intended for the medium: air.
The SIRe intelligent control system is a control system with three levels: Basic, Competent and Advanced. Each of these sets contains several components for the proper functioning of the control system. The appropriate type of SIRe control system is selected according to the customer's needs and requirements as well as the ventilated space.

- SIRe Competent - is the SIRe Basic control system supplemented with several extra functions such as: calendar, filter change indication, open door function, etc.
- SIRe Advanced - Is the top of the range SIRe control system. This system combines both SIRE Basic and SIRe Competent and further extends them with additional setting options e.g.: comfort mode, economy mode, full BMS control, frost protection etc.
For water heating air curtains with SIRe control system, it is recommended to combine this system with the recommended control sets for heating water control.
