Fans - circular duct
Circular duct fans are suitable for central ventilation of commercial buildings, family houses, sanitary facilities or workshops. In the category of circular duct fans there are all types of fans - axial, radial, diagonal - which have a neck in a circular diameter. The best-selling types for residential buildings are TD Silent, TD Mixvent and RVK fans, which thanks to their plastic construction achieve very favourable noise parameters. For industrial applications with relatively higher pressure loss, RM or KD fans are most often used.
The TD Silent noiseless diagonal duct fans are intended for installation to circular ducting. For TD Silent 160-1000 types, the fan housing is made of high-quality ductile plastic. In case of sizes TD Silent 1300 and 2000, the housing is made of high-quality galvanized sheet metal.
The smallest version of the TD Silent fan (160/100) has a motor mounted in elastic blocks, greatly reducing vibration and noise. The 250-1000 fans are equipped with a patented vector noise absorber (see the construction picture). For the TD Silent 1300 and 2000 types, the housing includes glass fibre sound insulation as well as an aerodynamic solution of the intake side, which ensures an exceptional reduction of noise levels.
The terminal block can be rotated 360 ° (types 250-1000) and thus allows cable connection from any direction. The easily removable TD Silent fan motor unit is mounted in an integrated assembly console for easy wall or ceiling installation. The fan speed can be controlled by two-stage speed switches (2 motor windings) for standard versions, versions (3V) have 3 power levels, versions with coast (T) and all others can be controlled by electronic REB rotational speed regulators.
TD Mixvent diagonal duct fans are designed for installation in circular ducts. The fan casing of types 160-800 is made of high-quality tough polypropylene. In the case of sizes 1000 to 6000, the housing is made of high-quality galvanized sheet and epoxy coated.
We supply TD Mixvent duct fans in standard design with resistance up to 40 ° C resp. 60 ° C from size 200 mm. The currently available 3V version of the TD Mixvent series provides an airflow range from 180 up to about 5,000 m3 / h.
The TD fans are also available in versions with integrated overrun - "T" without control.
Variants without marking are two-speed, marking 3V can be controlled by 3-stage controller.
TD Mixvent fans can be installed both horizontally and vertically. TD Mixvent fans have long life grease-filled ball bearing motors. The TD Mixvent fans are fitted with a mounting bracket for easy mounting. Installation and service of TD Mixvent engines is efficient and fast.
Range of in-line duct centrifugal fans VENT-NK, manufactured from high grade corrosion resistant pressed galvanised steel and supplied as standard with a terminal box and a robust mounting foot. All model VENT NK include an enclosed type, single- phase external rotor motor with factory matched backward curved nonstalling impeller.
Fan RVK series is designed for installation in duct. RVK fans are equipped with backward curved ilopatkami and external rotor motors. Fan housing is made of plastic reinforced with fiberglass PA6. Fans can be used in wet environments due to high casing tightness and thanks to protection class IP44 terminals. RVK fans for easier installation supplied with a mounting bracket. The fan speed can be continuously controlled thyristor or a 5-step transformer. Motor protection against overheating is ensured by built-in thermal contacts with automatic reset.
Fans type RMQ are centrifugal fans, which can be used to mounting into the circular duct. For mounting square flange on the wall (extraction), suction is connected via circular duct. They are designed to transport air without mechanical particles, which could cause abrasion or imbalance of impeller. Fans are suitable for space without dangerous of explosion, should not be exposed to direct effects of the weather. Fans can be instal in horizontal or vertical position. It is possible to regulate the transformer or electronic speed controllers reducing stress. Fans should be stored in covered and dry warehouse.
