Delivery of the goods ordered by you will take place:

• to the delivery address specified by the customer in the order by the selected express shipping service (DPD, DHL Express, DHL Freight, Fedex)
• if the goods are oversized, the shipping is calculated upon receipt of the order and the customer is informed by email
• the customer picks up the goods personally at the branch

The cost of transport of goods is calculated in each order except for goods over 30 kg and bulk goods that must be sent as a pallet shipment (DHL Freight, DHL Global forwarding). The customer is informed by email or by phone after the order has been accepted and the exact cost of shipping has been calculated to reconfirm the order including shipping.
Shipping costs are not charged for contractual customers or during the limited time promotion "Free Shipping" (always visibly marked with the goods).
Due to the different rules of all manufacturers, which cannot be completely standardized, the costs associated with shipping (if not included in the price of the product) will always be calculated in our quotation or order confirmation. Our sales team always tries to find the optimal shipping company for the volume and type of goods in your order.
