Roof fans are used for ventilation of apartment buildings, workshops, production halls, restaurants and other buildings with both flat and pitched roofs. In the category of roof fans we offer fans that are designed for installation and connection to common ducts of apartment buildings or for ventilation ducts leading to roofs of buildings.

RF

RF

The RF roof centrifugal fans with vertical exhaust are designed to extract air from normal spaces with extension to outdoor areas and areas not protected from atmospheric influences with a temperature range of -30 to +40 °C. When selecting an RF fan for the required air flow and pressure, the general rule is that larger fans with a higher number of poles achieve the required parameters at lower speeds, which results in lower noise and longer life. The standardly manufactured dimensional and power range of single-phase and three-phase RF fans allows project architects to ideally optimize all parameters. The RF fan with a suitable (optional) roof extension can be placed on flat and sloping roofs.

 

TH Mixvent

TH Mixvent

The TH Mixvent 3V / Ecowatt universal roof fans are suitable for both exhaust and supply air thanks to the simple rotation of the fan part. The TH Mixvent 3V / Ecowatt fans can be used together with a heat recovery exchanger, eg MRW (a pair of fans - one for inlet, the other for outlet). The TH Mixvent 3V / Ecowatt roof fans are designed for mounting on horizontal roof structures or masonry plinths.

 

CRHB / CRHT

CRHB / CRHT

The CRHT / CRHB roof fans are designed for horizontal exhaust. The CRHB / CRHT fans are designed for mounting on flat roof structures and for general ventilation applications. The housing and weather protection hood of the CRHB / CRHT roof fans are made of aluminium sheet. The CRHB fans have 230V power supply and the CRHT fans have 230/400V power supply.

 

CRHB / CRVB Ecowatt

CRHB / CRVB Ecowatt

The CRHB / CRVB N Ecowatt roof fans are designed for horizontal exhaust. The CRHB / CRVB N Ecowatt fans are designed for mounting on flat roof structures and for ventilation in general applications. The housing and weather protection hood of the CRHB / CRVB N Ecowatt roof fans are made of aluminium sheet. The CRHB / CRVB N Ecowatt fans have economical EC motors.

 

CRVB / CRVT

CRVB / CRVT

The CRVB / CRVT fans are radial roof fans suitable for larger flow rates and larger pressure losses of air ducts. The CRVB / CRVT roof fan housing is designed for vertical air discharge and is made of a combination of galvanized steel sheet and Al alloy sheet. The base of the CRVB / CRVT roof fan is made of galvanized sheet steel. The brackets, grille and screws are also galvanically plated. The fan cowl is made of Al sheet metal. The fan impeller is radial with backward curved blades.

The CTB / CTB Ecowatt roof fans are radial fans designed for ventilation of workshops, offices, commercial premises, bars and restaurants. The CTB Ecowatt plus fans are suitable for ventilation of apartment buildings thanks to the intelligent DCV control system. The CTB Ecowatt fans are equipped with energy-saving EC motors with for-life-grease-filled ball bearings. The housing of the CTB fans is made of galvanized steel sheet and it is provided with black epoxy coating. All models are equipped with a protective anti-bird netting.

 

CTHB / CTHT

CTHB / CTHT

The CTHB / CTHT roof fans are designed to strengthen the draft of the chimney and for general ventilation applications. The CRHB / CTHT roof fan housing is designed for horizontal air exhaust. The fans have motors with a constant operating temperature from -40 to 200 °C and are equipped with greased-for-life ball bearings and a thermal fuse.

CTVB / CTVT

The CTVB / CTVT roof fans with radial impeller are suitable for ventilation of industrial buildings, halls and warehouses. The fan housing is adapted for horizontal or vertical air discharge. The fan cowl and housing are made of AL sheet, the base is made of galvanized sheet steel. The motor is located out of the air flow. The CTVB / CTVT roof fan motor is ventilated from the housing side.

 

HCTB / HCTT

HCTB / HCTT

The HCTB / HCTT axial roof fans are designed for air supply (A) and exhaust (B). The cowl of the HCTB / HCTT fans is made of AL sheet metal, the base is made of galvanized steel sheet. The fan motor is located out of the air flow. The roof fans are suitable due to their design for ventilation of industrial halls, business premises, swimming pools and warehouses.

The DVS roof exhaust fans are equipped with radial impellers with backward curved blades and external rotor motors. The fans have an asynchronous squirrel-cage motor mounted on anti-vibration feet that prevent the transmission of vibration and an external rotor with encapsulated ball bearings. Speed control is possible by changing the voltage or using a frequency converter. The DVS fans have vertical discharge. The transported air must be free of particles that could cause corrosion or imbalance of the impeller. The fan housing is made of aluminium, the base plate is made of galvanized sheet steel.

The DVSI roof exhaust fans are acoustically insulated fans equipped with radial impellers with backward curved blades and external rotor motors. The fans have an asynchronous squirrel-cage motor mounted on anti-vibration feet that prevent the transmission of vibration and an external rotor with encapsulated ball bearings.

The DVSI fans have vertical discharge and are acoustically and thermally insulated with a 50 mm mineral wool layer. The fan speed can be controlled by changing the voltage or using a frequency converter. The fan housing is made of aluminium, the base plate is made of galvanized sheet steel.

The DHS roof exhaust fans are equipped with radial impellers with backward curved blades and external rotor motors. The fans have an asynchronous short-winding motor mounted on anti-vibration feet that prevent vibration transmission and an external rotor with sealed ball bearings. Speed control is possible by changing the voltage or using a frequency converter. The DHS fans have horizontal discharge. The transported air must be free of particles that could cause corrosion or imbalance of the impeller. The fan housing is made of aluminium, the base plate is made of galvanized sheet steel.

The DHA air supply fan are equipped with an axial impeller and an AC external rotor motor. The fan housing and the base frame are made of painted galvanized sheet metal. The exhaust hood is made of highly durable aluminium. The fan speed is adjustable by changing the voltage via a transformer or thyristor controller (230V version).

 

TFSR / TFSK

TFSR / TFSK

The TFSR / TFSK roof fans are radial single inlet fans with backward curved blades and with an external rotor. The fan housing is made of galvanized steel sheet with powder coating in standard black colour. The TFSR fans have a circular connection and the TFSK fans have a square base plate. The fans can be equipped with a standard AC motor as well as with an energy-saving EC motor. For easier service and maintenance, the fans are equipped with a tiltable impeller and with a protective grille to prevent unintentional contact with the impeller.

 

ZRS

ZRS

The ZRS radial chimney smoke fans are designed for flue gas exhaust from chimneys with a maximum temperature of 200 °C. The fans are specially equipped with two impellers, one for exhaust and the other for cooling the fan motor. The ZRS fans are recommended for fireplaces with a maximum fire area of 0.8 m2. The fans prevent the backdraught from happening. It is recommended to use the fans with speed controllers.

The DVV roof fans for higher temperatures are designed for clean air extraction with a maximum temperature of 120 °C. The DVV roof exhaust radial fans are suitable for more demanding applications, where their possibility of extracting air with a constant temperature from -20 to 120 °C is utilized. The DVV fans have highly efficient IE1 / IE2 motors located outside the air flow and equipped with a radial impeller made of galvanized steel. On request, the fan can be fitted with an electric heater for installation at lower temperatures.

The TPSB radial roof fans are designed for horizontal roof structures or, with the use of appropriate accessories, also for pitched roofs. The TPSB fans have a special patented impeller cover design for high performance and for low installation profile, which greatly expands the possibility of their use.

The DVN centrifugal roof exhaust fans are suitable for applications requiring high airflow volume. The DVN fans are equipped with radial impellers with backward curved blades and external rotor motors, which are mounted on anti-vibration feet. The fan speed can be controlled by a transformer by changing the voltage (IEC motors) or by means of a frequency converter. The fan housing is made of aluminium, the base plate is made of galvanized sheet steel and is powder coated. The maximum temperature of the transported air is 120 °C.

The DVNI roof noise-insulated centrifugal fans are suitable for applications requiring high airflow volume and low noise. The DVN fans are made of highly durable aluminium, the base plate is made of galvanized sheet steel. The DVNI exhaust fans are equipped with an impeller with backward curved blades and external rotor motors, which are mounted on anti-vibration feet. The housings of the DVNI roof fans are noise-insulated with a 50 mm layer of mineral wool. The maximum temperature of the transported air is 120 °C.

The DVC fans are roof exhaust fans with an EC energy saving motor. The DVC fan is made of highly resistant aluminium. The base plate is made of galvanized steel sheet. The fan speed is controlled by an external signal of 0-10V. The DVC fan has an integrated potentiometer in the terminal block, which can easily change the operating point. The DVC exhaust roof fan is equipped with an impeller with backward curved blades made of polyamide PU (sizes 190 and 225) or of polypropylene (sizes 315 to 710).

The DVC-P exhaust roof fans are equipped with an EC motor, a pressure sensor and a constant pressure regulator for the speed control depending on the pressure change in the HVAC system. The DVC-P fan is equipped with an impeller with backward curved blades made of polyamide PA (sizes 190 and 225) or of polypropylene PP (sizes 315 to 710). The roof fan motors of sizes 355 to 710 are suspended on efficient vibration absorbers. The DVC-P fan housing is made of aluminium and the base plate is made of galvanized steel sheet.

The TFC energy-saving roof fans with EC motor are designed for residential and commercial buildings. The TFC fans have a built-in potentiometer with which it is possible to precisely set the required air flow volume. The service switch is located on the fan housing. The tilting construction facilitates service and maintenance.

The TFC-P energy-saving roof fans with EC motor are designed for residential and commercial buildings. The TFC-P fans have a built-in constant pressure control VAV with the possibility of simple conversion to constant air flow volume control CAV. The service switch is located on the fan housing. The tilting construction facilitates service and maintenance.

 

RoofJETT

RoofJETT

The RoofJETT roof fans are developed with proven technology to extract waste air, non-aggressive gases or vapours at temperatures +40 to 400°C. Within the full range of the RoofJETT fans there are versions for use in explosion hazardous areas, with an electric motor located in or out of the air flow. A special design for particularly quiet operation is offered by the RJS types, equipped with noise absorbing material and reduced noise intensity on the exhaust side. 

The RoofJETT roof fans are available in 12 power sizes with AC or EC motors with connection diameters from 200 to 630 mm, for air outputs from 510 to 20,870 m3/hr and maximum static pressures up to 1360 Pa.
