The steel frame of the fan is equipped with a specially shaped diffuser to reduce noise, the impeller is plastic with an aluminium body.

The ILT Ex explosion-proof fan housing is made of galvanized steel sheet and is fitted with flanges for mounting in square ducts. Inspection and cleaning operations are made possible by the inspection cover, which, when removed, makes the impeller accessible. The motors are asynchronous with squirrel-cage. IP55 protection and insulation class F. Speed control is carried out by frequency converters or transformer controllers by changing the voltage. The impeller of the RP Ex fans has forward-curved blades which are made of galvanized sheet steel. The fans have asynchronous three-phase motors with an external rotor and squirrel-cage. Motor protection is provided by thermistors which are housed in the winding of the electric motor. The thermistors must be connected to a thermistor relay which, when the temperature reaches 130 °C, opens the control circuit of the protective contactor.

MUB-EX are explosion-proof noise-proof centrifugal fans designed for industrial, chemical and pharmaceutical plants. The centrifugal fans for explosive Ex environments are available in six sizes for air outputs up to 9,850 m3/h. The MUB-EX fan casing is made of an aluminium frame, plastic horn panels and insulated side panels, which are made of galvanised sheet metal with 30 mm thick mineral wool. The motor of the MUB-Ex fan has an external rotor and is voltage regulated. The radial impeller of the fan has backward curved blades and is powder coated black.

The noise-insulated MUB EX centrifugal fans are suitable for zone II 2G EX h IIB+H2 T3 Gb, ATEX 2014/34/EU.

The RFU Ex single suction centrifugal explosion-proof fans are equipped with direct drive and AC motors located outside the conveyed air flow. The impeller with backward curved blades is made of composite. The fans themselves are housed in a symmetrical housing, the shape of which does not distinguish between left and right-hand versions, and the fans can be installed in many mounting positions. The housing can be supplied in galvanised steel sheet, in powder coated galvanised sheet in RAL 7025 and in stainless steel for the food or chemical industry. The fans in explosion-proof design are designed for zones 1 and 2 (EExe-de-II-C-T4).
