The smoke extract fans can operate at temperature of 400 °C for 2 hours, greatly increasing the chances of saving lives. The fans are suitable for fire ventilation of restaurants, hospitals, sports halls and warehouses.

The CHAT smoke extract fans are designed for HVAC applications where fire ventilation requirements are placed and where low fan noise level is applied. The CHAT fans have a radial impeller, a motor with a one-time operating temperature of 400 °C for two hours, equipped with ball bearings. The fan housing is equipped with removable panels for inspection or cleaning.

The CTHT centrifugal roof fans are suitable for general HVAC applications where operation at higher temperatures up to 120 ° C is required, for models CTHT-140 - 225 N up to 200 °C. The CTHT roof fan housing is designed for horizontal air discharge. The fan motor is located out of the air flow.

ILHB / ILHT

ILHB / ILHT

The ILHB / ILHT square radial fire fans are suitable for extracting hot air and smoke in case of fire (F400 / 120). The ILHB / ILHT radial fans for square ducts are suitable for permanent air exhaust in industrial and commercial buildings and in professional kitchens with air temperatures up to 120 °C.

The fan housing is made of galvanized sheet steel and aluminum profiles. In standard MV design or in CC design with integrated plenum box with choice of air intake or discharge. The installation of the fan is possible in any position, preferably with the motor axis vertically or horizontally, with respect to the maintenance of the fan. The fan can also be installed outdoors using the motor housing.

 

THGT

THGT

The THGT smoke extract axial fans are designed for heat and smoke extract systems and for environments with a requirement for high airflow volume. The THGT fans are supplied with differently set impeller blade angles, which are shown in the performance graphs. The motors have insulation class H due to the smoke and heat removal mode. The operating temperature of the fans is 40 °C, in a heat and smoke extract system up to 400 °C for two hours.

 

DVV

DVV

The DVV roof fire fans are designed for ventilation in heat and smoke extraction mode as well as for classic ventilation. The fans can withstand temperatures of 120 °C in the long term and up to 400 °C /600 °C for two hours (in the OTK mode). The DVV fans have IE motors with built-in PTC thermistors. In the event of a fire and switching to the OTK mode, all protections and controllers must be bypassed. The fans are equipped with a service switch.
