The RQ 35-4D four-sided centrifugal, fully controllable, low pressure fan is designed for ventilation of simple HVAC applications up to air conditioners. The RQ centrifugal fan housing is made of galvanized sheet metal. The impeller blades are forward curved and made of galvanized sheet metal. The speed of the fan can be controlled by means of a voltage control. The operating temperature of the transported air is -30 to +40 °C (some types up to 70 °C).

Description

Housing	The casing of the centrifugal fan is made of galvanized sheet metal.
Impeller	The fan impeller is twisted has forward curved blades and is made of galvanised sheet metal. The fan ball bearings are well encapsulated and have permanent lubrication, which allows a fan life of over 40,000 hours of maintenance free operation.
Motor	The fan motor is asynchronous with external rotor and squirrel-cage. The electric motor is housed inside the impeller and is optimally cooled by the flowing air during operation. The ingress protection of the motor is IP54.
Terminal block	The wiring is terminated with a terminal block with IP 54 protection. The single-phase electric motors are equipped with a encapsulated start-up capacitor mounted on the fan housing. Note: Three-phase motors must always be wired according to the specifications or the motor nameplate.
Installation	The RQ fans can be operated in any position of the motor axis.
Speed control	Speed control is possible by voltage regulation using the TRN controllers.
Materials	The fan cover RQ is made of galvanized sheet (Zn 275 g/m2). Impeller blades and diffuzers are always made of galvanized sheet, electroengines of AL alloy, Cu and plastic. Quality ball bearings encased engines with permanent lubrication life of fans enable to achieve more than 40,000 operating hours without maintenance. All materials are carefully tested, inspected and ensure long life and reliability of the fans.
