The MultiMaxx HN fan heater is designed for heating large areas such as production halls, warehouses and supermarkets. The MultiMaxx HN heating unit consists of a fan and a steam exchanger, which is made of circular steel finned tubes. The steam exchanger is sheathed in RAL 7000 colour painted steel sheet.
The high-performance Fe/Fe Zn steam exchanger is suitable for use in environments with very high air pollution. It is made of steel finned tubes and features a robust construction. The entire exchanger is hot-dip galvanized for the best possible heat transfer and corrosion protection. It has a maximum operating temperature of 180 °C and a maximum operating pressure of 0.8 MPa. The heating capacity is specified for an inlet air temperature of 5 °C with a temperature gradient of 80 °C /60 °C.Housing The casing of the unit is made of steel sheet in RAL 7000. Impeller The maintenance-free impeller is equipped with wide aluminium blades and the Basic secondary louver and balanced in the factory. Motor The unit is equipped with a two-stage axial high-speed AC motor 3x400V with external rotor and built-in protection grid. The motor has a thermocontact led to the terminal block. Protection IP54, temperature class F. Terminal block The terminal box is housed in a plastic housing. Installation Installation of the heating unit is either wall or ceiling mounted and is carried out by means of special hinges (see accessories).
