MultiMaxx

The MultiMaxx HE electric heating units are used for ventilation, heating or air filtration and are designed for installation in industrial, warehouse, sales and exhibition spaces at temperatures from -5 °C to +40 °C. The MultiMaxx HE heating units are IP42 rated.

The MultiMaxx HE electric heaters can be supplied with curved blade fans (designation V) or with wide blade fans (A,B).

On request it is possible to supply filters, mixing chambers, suction side accessories (nozzles, shutters, flexible extensions, etc.). The MultiMaxx HE heating units are designed for ceiling or wall installation.

The MultiMaxx HN fan heaters are used for heating, cooling or air filtration and are suitable for installation in industrial, warehouse, sales and exhibition spaces. The MultiMaxx HN heating unit (water and steam) is designed for operation at temperatures up to 40 °C.

The MultiMaxx HN units can be equipped with four types of heat exchangers made of materials - Cu/Cu (heating water - PWW or cooling water PKW), Cu/Al (heating water - PWW or cooling water PKW), Fe/Fe ZN (heating water - PHW) and Fe/Fe Zn (steam).

There are also available hot-air units with a fan with curved blades (designed for increased pressure and noise requirements) or with a fan with wide blades (designed for normal pressure and noise requirements).

The MultiMaxx HG gas heating units are used in industrial, warehouse, sales and exhibition areas, i.e. in a weather-protected environment. In all environments requiring the use of a closed appliance, the MultiMaxx HG hot air units can be equipped with an outside air supply for the combustion process (coaxial flue system can be used).

In rooms where there is a risk of underpressure, it is essential to use the unit as a closed appliance version.

The MultiMaxx HG gas heating units can be equipped with accessories (tubular heat exchanger with its housing, gas burner for heat exchanger heating, louvers and much more) upon request.

The MultiMaxx HS fan heaters with water heating are used for heating or air filtration and are installed in industrial, warehouse, sales and exhibition spaces. On request, accessories for heating units such as filters, mixing chambers, air intake elements, suspenders and control boxes with associated sensors can be supplied.

The MultiMaxx HS stainless steel heating units are designed for environments with temperature up to +40 °C. The Sahara Maxx HS heating fans are supplied with an axial fan with wide blades. Furthermore, the heating unit may be a circulating or mixing unit. Product data sheet: Sahara Maxx HS.pdf.

The MultiMaxx HX fan heaters with water heating are designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (Zone 1) and are designed to heat, cool, ventilate and filter the circulating and external (outdoor) air of industrial and warehouse premises. On request it is possible to supply the following accessories for heating fans - pocket filters, mixing chambers and other accessories for suction, suspenders, control boxes, etc.

The MultiMaxx HD heating units are designed for heating or air filtration and are installed in industrial, warehouse, sales and exhibition halls.

The MultiMaxx HD fan heaters are equipped with radial fans with an EC motor with an optimized suction nozzle, which significantly reduces noise parameters.

On request, it is possible to supply filter chambers, mixing chambers, roof hoods, rain defence louvres, ventilation duct elements, suspenders and brackets or control cabinets with appropriate sensors.

Control boxes for controlling MultiMaxx fan heaters. The control boxes can be equipped with different functions depending on the type of hot air unit. These functions can be combined with each other. The cabinets are designed for wall mounting.

Mounting consoles for wall or ceiling mounting of MultiMaxx fan heaters. The mounting consoles are made of galvanized steel sheet (Kompakt C) or painted steel sheet in RAL 7000 (Studio).

Mounting brackets for wall mounting of MultiMaxx fan heaters. Through the hinges, installation with horizontal or vertical air outlet is possible. The mounting brackets are made of galvanized steel sheet, threaded rods with clamping sleeves.
