The MultiMaxx HN hot air heating unit is designed for heating large areas such as production halls, warehouses and supermarkets. The MultiMaxx HN hot air heating unit consists of a fan and a hot water heat exchanger made of copper tubes with profiled aluminium fins, fin spacing 2.5 mm. The heat exchanger is sheathed with a RAL 7000 steel sheet.
The standard Cu/Al exchanger is designed for heating (heating water) or cooling (cooling water) at low air pollution. It is made of copper tubes with profiled aluminium fins with a pitch of 2.5 mm. The heat exchanger is equipped with one row of fins. It has a maximum operating temperature of 130 °C and a maximum operating pressure of 1,6 MPa. The heating capacity value is given for an inlet air temperature of 5 °C with a temperature gradient of 80/60 °C.Housing The casing of the unit is made of steel sheet in RAL 7000. Impeller The maintenance-free impeller made of die-cast aluminium is equipped with curved blades and is balanced in the factory. Motor The unit is equipped with a 1x230V continuous EC motor with a built-in protective grille. The motor has a thermocontact led to the terminal block. Protection IP54, temperature class F. Terminal block The terminal box is housed in a plastic housing. Installation Installation of the heating unit is either wall-mounted or under-ceiling and is carried out by means of special hinges (see accessories).
