EX 180A-4C is a centrifugal fan designed for explosive environments. The EX non-explosive fan can be installed in any position. The explosion-proof duct fan is equipped with a special Ex motor and an aluminium impeller with forward curved blades and is ATEX II 2G Ex de IIC T4 Gb certified. The casing is cast silumin. FKX brackets (2 pcs for fan) are provided for mounting.

The explosion-proof fan is suitable for charging stations, solvent and diluent extraction, is reliable and maintenance-free. Type of protection used: de (d = pressure-tight encapsulation, e = increased safety), explosion class IIC (hydrogen, acetylene, sulphur carbon), temperature class T4 (maximum surface temperature of electrical equipment 135 °C), Gb equipment protection level : 2G - zone 1, explosive substance gas.

Description

Housing	The fan casing is cast silumin.
Motor	The fan is equipped with a special Ex motor and an aluminium impeller with forward curved blades.
Speed control	The speed can be controlled by a transformer, it cannot be controlled by a frequency converter. In the case of regulation by RTRD 2 or RTRDU 2, it is necessary to use U-EK 230E.
