The DVEX fan is equipped with the special Ex motor and with an impeller with backward curved blades. The inlet is made of copper. The delivery of the DVEX 315-500 fans includes the FTG tilting frame. For sizes 560 and 630, the tilting frame is available as an accessory.

Description

Housing	The fan housing is made of aluminium, the base frame and the protective inlet screen are made of galvanized sheet metal with powder coating.
Terminal block	Overheating protection is provided by built-in thermistor contacts connected to the terminal block of the fan. They must be connected to the U-EK 230E protective relay.
Speed control	The speed can be controlled by a five-speed transformer.
