The DKEX 250-4 explosion-proof fan is equipped with the special Ex external rotor motor and impeller with forward curved blades. The fan housing is made of galvanized sheet steel and the inlet is made of brass. The fan is connected to the ductwork by means of the flexible ISE / USE couplings. The speed can be controlled by a five-speed transformer. Overheating protection is provided by built-in thermistor contacts connected to the terminal block of the fan. They must be connected to the U-EK 230E protective relay.
