Installation The cassette with filter insert is always mounted in the air duct at the beginning of the assembly in front of the exchangers, recuperators or fans. The filter cassettes must be installed in the duct so that the direction of air flow coincides with the arrow on the housing. The conductive connection must be ensured by fan washers on both sides on at least one joint. The removable filter cassette control and service panel must be easily accessible. Materials The VFK filter cassette and connecting flanges are made of galvanized sheet metal. The connection flanges are 20 mm high, for the cassettes from the size of 90-50 are 30 mm high. The frame of the filter element and the service panel is sealed with a rubber seal. - Additional Information
