Flexible duct
In our offer of flexible ducts you will find hoses from renowned European and world manufacturers. We offer hoses made of AL, PU, PVC and other materials that can be supplied in antistatic, thermally and noise-insulated, electrically conductive, flame-retardant designs, resistant to moisture, hydrolysis and rot. The hoses are especially suitable for common ventilation / air conditioning, but also meet the requirements for extraction of sawdust, shavings, granules, sand, shards, etc. Do not hesitate to ask us for a suitable type for your application.
Fittings
HVAC circular fittings in our assortment: angles / elbows, branch pieces, transitions, exhaust hoods, roof hoods, end exhaust pieces made of galvanized sheet metal, etc. On request, it is possible to produce fittings from materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, aluzinc. The circular ducts and fittings are available in diameters from 63 to 1600 mm. The fittings can be available with lip seals ensuring perfect leak tightness of the ductwork (class C and D) in compliance with EN 12237.
InDomo
The In Domo system is a system designed for ventilation of family houses. Thanks to its low installation height, the system is suitable for plasterboard ceilings, mounting under floors, etc. The In Domo system is simply connected using Smart Lock connections, the same as for the SAFE ducts.
ED PLANO
ED PLANO is a system designed primarily for ductwork in family houses, where the problem of low ceilings is often solved. The ED PLANO system consists of square components that are always a maximum of 50mm high. The ducts have a smooth surface inside for easier air flow.
Insulation of ventilation duct
Air duct insulation fulfills a thermal, fire and acoustic function. Suitable materials for the insulation of circular ducts are ORSTECH LSP blade strips, or also TERMOSLEEV insulation sleeves or K-FLEX rubber insulation. ORSTECH H plates with aluminium adhesive or K-FLEX rubber insulation are used for square ducts.
