Housing The housing is made of stainless circular profiles, galvanized plated. Housing is equipped with protection grid by EN 60335-1 and EN 60335-2-80 and it is mounted on the handle made of stainless steel tubes. Housing can be after removing nuts rotate as required.
Impeller The impeller is made of stainless sheet, shape „SICKLE“ is specially optimalized from view maximal flow and pressure with minimal noise level.
Motor The engine is asynchronous with squirell cage, external rotor and starter capacitor. The class of insulation is F, protection IP54.The ball bearings, which is lubricated to time for life. The engine is dynamical balanced by ISO 1940.
Terminal block The terminal block is included and is located on the engine.
Noise level The noise emitted by the fan is shown in the tables, the measurement is made at a distance equal to three times the diameter of the impeller (at least 1.5 meters) on the intake side.
Installation The fan mounting is in any position axis of the engine. Fans can be built on the working place to the any fixed basic. Fans TURBO 3000 are suitable for ventilation of factories, forges, drying rooms, engine rooms, building sites, greenhouses and catteries.
Direction of rotation The direction of rotation is not possible to changed. Airflow is of impeller to the engine.
