The THGT/4-500-6/-0,55 smoke extract axial fan is designed for heat and smoke extract systems and for environments with a requirement for high airflow volume. The THGT fan is supplied with differently set impeller blade angles, which are shown in the performance graphs. The motor has insulation class H due to the smoke and heat removal mode. The operating temperature of the fan is 40 °C, in a heat and smoke extract system up to 400 °C for two hours.

Description

Housing	The housing is welded from sheet steel and is equipped with flanges for circular ducts. The operating temperature is 40 °C, in a heat and smoke extract system up to 400 °C for two hours.
Impeller	The impeller is made of aluminum alloy and is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motor	Asynchronous squirrel-cage motor with efficiency class IE3. Ingress protection IP55, insulation class H.
Speed control	The control in the heat and smoke extract mode is not possible. In operating mode, the control is performed by a frequency converter.
Terminal block	The terminal block is internal for the short housing and external for the long one. External terminal block for short housing and access door for long housing are available on request.
Noise level	The noise emitted by the fan is given in the fan characteristics.
