TH 1200/315 Ex is an explosion-proof roof fan made of steel sheet coated with black polyester paint. The TH Ex roof fan is designed for explosive atmospheres and is mounted with a mounting base on horizontal roof structures. The motor of the TH Ex roof fan is asynchronous with squirrel cage, the stator is equipped with cooling fins. The fan has an explosion-proof rating of II2G Ex eb IIB T3 Gb and is equipped with a anti-bird net.

Description

Housing	The fan housing is made of sheet steel with black polyester varnish.
Impeller	The impeller of the explosion-proof fan is statically and dynamically balanced, the operating temperature range is -20 to 40 °C.
Motor	The fan motor is asynchronous with squirrel-cage and is equipped with a stator with cooling fins and greased-for-life ball bearings. IP44 ingress protection, insulation class B.
Terminal block	The explosion-proof terminal block is located on the motor together with the explosion-proof capacitor.
Noise level	The noise emitted by the fan is shown in the tables.
Installation	TH Ex roof fans for explosive atmospheres are designed to be mounted on a horizontal roof structure with a mounting base.
Speed control	Non-explosion fans are not suitable to speed control.
