Housing The fan housing is made of sheet steel with black polyester varnish. Impeller The impeller of the explosion-proof fan is statically and dynamically balanced, the operating temperature range is -20 to 40 °C. Motor The fan motor is asynchronous with squirrel-cage and is equipped with a stator with cooling fins and greased-for-life ball bearings. IP44 ingress protection, insulation class B. Terminal block The explosion-proof terminal block is located on the motor together with the explosion-proof capacitor. Noise level The noise emitted by the fan is shown in the tables.
Installation TH Ex roof fans for explosive atmospheres are designed to be mounted on a horizontal roof structure with a mounting base. Speed control Non-explosion fans are not suitable to speed control.
