Housing The housing of the explosion-proof fan is welded from sheet steel, equipped with flanges for connection to a circular air duct. Operating temperature is -20 to 40 °C. The motor is located in the air flow. Impeller The impeller is made of alloy, it is statically and dynamically balanced. The impeller blade angle setting is made by the manufacturer and cannot be changed. Motor The fan motor is asynchronous with squirrel-cage. The ball bearings are closed, greased for life. Motor protection IP55, insulation class F. Direction of rotation The direction of air flow is from the impeller towards the motor. Terminal block The terminal block is located on the motor or on the fan housing and is explosion-proof. Noise level The noise emitted by the fan is placed on the fan characteristics. By subtracting the correction values from the acustic performance level [dB (A)] indicated in the performance characteristics of the fan in each zone yields
Installation The fan can be mounted in any position of the motor axis. The housing must not transmit mechanical stresses from the ducts. Speed control The fan can not regulating electronic or electric.
