Housing The fan housing is made of sheet steel, provided with black epoxy paint. Holders and screws are galvanically plated. Impeller The impeller is made of Al alloy and is statically and dynamically balanced. Motor The TCBT Ex fan motor is made with squirrel-cage, the stator is with cooling fins. Black epoxy paint finish with Class F insulation. Ball bearings are grease filled for life. Direction of rotation It can delivered impeller for to rotate in the opposite direction. By duct perform is standardly flow of air from impeller to engine.
Terminal block The terminal block is explosion-proof and is located on the fan housing. Installation Mounting of the TCBT Ex wall-mounted explosion-proof fan is possible in any position of the motor axis. The TCBT Ex fan is designed for installation in HVAC ducts using flanges.
