The fan TCBB/TCBT are axial fans. They are suitable for mounting to circular duct. Fans TCBB/TCBT are equipped with impeller from alloy of Aluminu. These fans replaced duct fan TCFB,TCFT,TCGB,TCGT. The axial fans are suitable for transport air flow without mechanical particles, that could cause abrasion or imbalance of impeller. The fans are designed for space, where is not dangerous explosion. It can be install to vertical postition. Fans TCBB/TCBT that are in the following table of technical data that type of controller can be controlled transformer or electronic speed controllers. Fans who are not given the type of controller, can not be controlled. Three-phase fans can be controlled transformer controllers or by frequency converters. Description

Housing	The casing of the axial fan is made of steel sheet coated with black epoxy varnish. Mounting bracket and screws are galvanized.
Impeller	The impeller is of AL alloy. The impeller is staticly and dynamically balanced, the range operating temperature is in -40 to 70°C. The rotation of vanes is 32˚ or 34˚ standard. Nonstandard can be supplied with rotating impeller blades 21˚.
Motor	The fan's engine is asynchronous with squirrel cage, the stator with cooling ribs, finishes black epoxy varnish. The engines are equipped warm protection, winding is in tropical adjustment class F and processing temperature -40 to 70°C. The ball-bearings has fat filling to time for life. Protection IP65 (two-pole IP55).
Terminal block	The fan's terminal is standartly from black plastic. For single-phase embodiment also includes a starting capacitor. Terminal is located on the cupboard (duct performance).
Noise level	The noise emitted by fan is written in the tables, the measurement is made at a distance equal to three times the diameter of the impeller (at least 1.5 meters) on the intake side.
Installation	The mounting fan is can be in every position axis engine. The cupboard can not transmit mechanical stress of duct distribution. It is necessary use flexible connecting to duct.
Direction of rotation	The direction of air flow can be changed for single-phase and three-phase engines. With standard impeller falls in the reverse direction flow by about 30%.It is possible to order the impeller to rotate in the opposite direction. In a standard embodiment, the piping of air flow from the impeller to the engine.
