The RFC-Ex RFC 200-15/0,25-3-P-AKV1-Ex1-H explosion-proof centrifugal low-pressure fan is designed for industrial premises, civil engineering, etc., for environments with a risk of explosion. The RFC-Ex fan is a low-pressure single inlet centrifugal fan with direct drive by an electric motor with IP55 ingress protection. The temperature of the transported air can range from -30 to 40 °C, the ambient temperature must be from -20 to 40 °C due to the resistance of the electric motor. The fan cannot be used to transport air that contains solid or sticky particles larger than 100 µm, aggressive substances, abrasive additives, etc.

Description

Housing	The fan housing is made of stainless steel / chrome-nickel austenitic steel according to ČSN 17420 / AISI 304 / DIN 1.4301, marking X5CrNi 18-10, designed for the pharmaceutical, food industry etc.
Impeller	The single inlet fan impeller is radial.
Motor	The three-phase fan motor is equipped with PTC sensors.
Installation	The RFC fan is mounted using four M8 or M10 screws and four rubber vibration isolators. The fans must be connected via a motor starter or current protection set to the nominal motor current.
Speed control	The fan motor cannot be regulated.
