QAA2030 is a room temperature sensor designed to measure room temperature in heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. The passive room temperature sensor is designed for use in the temperature range of 0-50 °C at relative humidity below 85%. The sensor measures the ambient temperature via a resistive NTC sensor. The passive temperature sensor QAA2030 is suitable for applications with all types of controllers capable of processing the sensor's analog signal. The electrical resistance of the sensor changes depending on the air temperature and this value is then processed by the controller. The room temperature sensor is designed for wall mounting and is suitable for use with most common wiring boxes.
