The PR EX 806 400V PTC PE-EL explosion-proof and acid-proof radial fan is designed for aggressive environments in various HVAC applications with long air ducts, e.g. the chemical and petrochemical industries or laboratories. The PR EX explosion-proof and acid-proof fan spiral housing is made of PE-EL. The PR-EX radial acid-proof fan with circular exhaust housing in right or left versions (on request). The fan motor stool is made of metal with epoxy coating. The radial impeller is made of PP-EL. Stainless steel or FE (steel - welded impeller) versions are available on request. Transported air temperature -15 to 70 °C. Ambient temperature 40 °C.

Description

Housing	The fan spiral housing with circular exhaust is made of PP-EL. Transported air temperature -15 to 70 °C. Ambient temperature 40 °C. Stainless steel bolts are used for joints.
Impeller	The radial impeller is made of PP-EL. Stainless steel or FE (steel - welded impeller) versions are available on request.
Motor	The fan motor is asynchronous equipped with for-life-grease-filled ball bearings. The motor is located outside the air flow, protection class IP55, insulation class F.
Terminal block	The terminal block is located on the motor.
Installation	The fan is mounted on a painted fan stool.
Speed control	The speed is controlled using a frequency converter.
