The PQ 452 EX 400V PTC PE-EL explosion-proof and acid-proof radial fan is designed for aggressive environments, e.g. in the chemical and petrochemical industries or laboratories. The PQ EX acid-proof and explosion-proof fan housing is made of PE-EL. The PQ fan motor stool is made of metal with epoxy coating. Transported air temperature -15 to 60 °C. Ambient temperature up to 40 °C.

Description

Housing	The PQ EX chemically resistant fan housing is made of PE-EL. The fan housing is standardly available in the right version, but it can be also available in the left version. Transported air temperature -15 to 60 °C. Ambient temperature up to 40 °C.
Impeller	The impeller is radial with backward curved blades, made of PP-EL as standard.
Motor	The fan motor is asynchronous with for-life-grease-filled ball bearings. Protection class IP55, insulation class F. The motors are designed to cover the entire fan power field. The motor is located outside the air flow.
Terminal block	The terminal block is located on the motor.
Installation	The fan is mounted using the supplied motor stool.
Speed control	The fan speed is controlled using a frequency converter.
