The OPTIMA-LV variable air flow volume controller is specially developed for high-precision VAV control of low air volumes in duct systems. The external signal for the automatic control can vary depending on requirements on heating, cooling or CO2. The VAV control inside the regulators is ensured by a damper blade connected to a servo-drive, which evaluates the pressure difference on the damper blade. Due to their air-tightness class, the OPTIMA-LV controllers are suitable for environments with higher hygiene requirements, such as hospitals, operating rooms, laboratories, etc.

Description

Housing	The OPTIMA-LV controller is made of galvanized sheet steel. The controller is provided with a double-lip seal on the connections and with a seal on the damper blade which ensures the class 4 air-tightness when the damper is closed. The controller housing can be provided with any RAL colour on request.
Installation	The controller can be installed in any position. During the installation, the housing must not be deformed in order to avoid damaging the damper blade. The maximum air flow velocity is 6 m/s.
