The MUB-CAV/VAV 100 630EC acoustically insulated energy-saving centrifugal fan is designed for installation in four-sided (square) or circular ducts. The CAV/VAV version has a built-in display and is equipped with a sensor and measuring tube for the control setting based on constant airflow volume (CAV) or constant pressure (VAV). When supplemented with the CCM transition adapters, it is ready for connection to circular ducts, when using the DS flexible connections to four-sided ducts. The MUB-CAV/VAV EC fan is suitable for transporting air up to a temperature of 60 °C. The fan can be installed in any position with a selectable direction of air flow (direct or lateral direction of discharge must be specified when ordering). When selecting the lateral discharge, you will achieve higher values of air flow volume.

Description

Housing	The fan housing is made of an aluminium frame. The side panels are made of galvanized steel sheet with a 20 mm thick mineral wool layer of noise insulation and plastic corner pieces (PA6).
Impeller	The fan impeller has backward curved blades made of aluminium.
Motor	The EC external rotor fan motor has an integrated control unit. Protection and control functions are integrated on the fan housing. Motor protection is solved electronically and no additional protection relays are required.
Installation	The fans can be installed in any position with a selectable direction of the discharge and they can be used for air supply and exhaust. Changing the air flow direction is done by simply replacing the panels.
Speed control	The speed of the fan is controlled by an external 0-10V signal, where the 0-10V signal is sent by the EC motor control unit.
