The fans KVKE EC are one side suction centrifugal fans with impeller with backward cursed blades and without maintenance EC engine with external rotor. These fans are suitable to overcome the relatively high pressure loss in the pipe. Fans KVKE EC are supplied with connected potentiometer (0-10V), that allows you to easily set the desired operating point. From the factory the potentiometer is set in the range of 6-10V, but may be readily altered as needed during assembly. The engine impeller for easier maintenance and cleaning mounted on hinged door. Engine protection against overheating is secured integrated thermal contacts with automatic reset. The fan can be installed in any position and can be easily connected to the pipe using snap FK. Model KVKE is made of galvanized sheet steel and is thermally and acoustically insulated 50 mm layer of mineral wool.

Description

	The fans with EC engine characterized interesting economic power consumption and very simple regulation. The fan speed can be controlled according to the requirement of air power and highly efficient operation. To achieve same ventilation performance consumes air fan with EC engine much less energy than a typical AC motor with fan. EC motors do not only save energy at maximum speed, but also at lower speeds. In this case, the difference in energy consumption EC fan motor and fan of classic AC motor show even more. Reduced energy consumption guarantees the reduction of operating costs.
