The KBR 280D4 fan is designed primarily for ventilation of kitchens with a maximum exhaust air temperature of 120 °C. The advantage of the KBR fan is high performance and very low noise due to the insulated housing. The KBR centrifugal kitchen fan has a motor located outside the air flow and is equipped with a swing-out door for easy maintenance and service. The fan includes mounting brackets with rubber silencers.

Description

Housing	The fan housing is made of galvanized sheet steel with a 50 mm layer of thermal and noise insulation.
Impeller	The impeller with backward curved blades is made of aluminum.
Motor	The fan motor is located outside the air flow on the access door. The motor is equipped with thermal contacts connected to the fan terminal block, which must be connected to the corresponding thermal protection relay.
Installation	The fan is adapted for mounting on a flat surface using mounting brackets and.can only be installed in a horizontal position with respect to the condensate drainage tray. The KBR fans can also be installed outdoors if you use the WSD weather roof.
Speed control	Speed control is performed by a thyristor, a five-stage transformer or a frequency converter.
