Housing The housing is made of galvanized sheet steel, sandwich design. The housing is provided with a layer of sound-insulating material inside. The fan is housed in a housing on spring-loaded profiles to reduce the transmission of vibrations. The housing is equipped with a circular suction nozzle for connecting flexible hoses or circular ducts. There is a four-sided opening on the discharge where a reducer, which is supplied separately, can be connected to a circular duct. The housing contains a tray for draining grease condensate. The condensate drain spigot must be mounted in accordance with the position of the fan and at the same time it is necessary to select a suitable inclination of the fan towards the spigot. Impeller The impeller is radial with backward curved blades. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced, is free-running and without a spiral housing. Motor Asynchronous squirrel-cage motor. The motors are equipped with a thermal fuse as standard. The winding is modified with humidity protection, with class F insulation and with an operating temperature of -40 to 120 ˚C. The motor is located out of the air flow. Closed and maintenance-free ball bearings are greased-for-life. Ingress protection IP55. Terminal block The terminal block is made of black plastic as standard, is placed loose on the supply cable from the motor and can be screwed to a well-accessible place on the housing with self-tapping screws. Cable length 0.8 m, ingress protection IP55. Installation The mounting is carried out with regard to the design, fan operation and inspection activity exclusively with the motor axis horizontal and the condensate tray at the bottom.
