The KAA 250 Ex flexible connection is a duct element that serves to attenuate vibrations and noise transmitted from the fan to the ducts and building structures. The KAA 250 Ex connection is primarily designed for TD Ex and TH Ex fans in hazardous areas - Zone 1 and 2, but can be used for all fans with adequate circular diameter. The flexible connection is made of flexible fabric with an electrically conductive surface. The connection allows the fan to be connected and disconnected for servicing or cleaning.
