ILT/4-315 Ex is a centrifugal explosion-proof fan designed for square ducts. The explosion-proof fan housing is made of galvanized steel and is fitted with flanges for mounting in square ducts. The speed control is carried out by frequency converters or transformer controllers by changing the voltage. The ILT/4-315 Ex explosion-proof fan has an explosion-proof rating of II2G Ex e II T3 Gb.

Description

Housing	The fan housing is made of galvanized sheet steel. The housing is equipped with flanges for mounting in four-sided ducts. The housing has an access door for maintenance and inspection.
Impeller	The fan impeller is radial with forward-curved blades, made of galvanized sheet steel and is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motor	The fan motor is asynchronous with squirrel-cage. The motor is equipped with a thermal fuse as standard, the winding is designed with protection against humidity, with class F insulation and an operating temperature of -20 to 50 °C.
Direction of rotation	The direction of rotation fan is on housing with an arrow and it must be after commissioning check.
Terminal block	The terminal block of the centrifugal fan is made of black plastic as standard and is placed loose on the supply cable from the motor. IP55 ingress protection.
Noise level	The noise emitted by the fan is given in the tables for three parts of the power curve.
Installation	Mounting is possible in any position of the fan with regard to the inspection activity and the possibility of removing the access cover.
