The fan series HCFB are axial fan, for instalation on the wall. It is suitable for transport air without mechanical particles, that can cause abrasion or imbalance of the impeller. The axial fans HCFB are designes for space, where is not dangerous of explosion, should not be exposed to impact of weather. Fan can be instaled on vertical or horizontal position. The most fans HCFB is possible to regulate the transformer speed controllers. The wall fan HCFB H are suitable for exhaust air to the outside. The fans HCFB HB are suitable for mounting on the wall and they intaked air. Fans HCFB should be stored in covered and dry warehouse. Fans HCFB are manufactured under strictest production control systém ISO 9001 standarts.

Description

Housing	The axial fan's cupboard is made of steel sheet with black epoxid varnish. The mounting console and srews are galvanized plated.
Impeller	The fan's impeller is made of thermoplastic fiberglass-reinforced material, can be supplied to the impeller from AL alloy. The impeller is staticly and dynamicaly balanced, operating temperature is range -40 to 70°C.
Motor	The fan's engine is asynchronous with resistive anchor, stator with cooling fins, finish with black epoxid varnish. The engines are series equipped warm protection, winding is in tropical ajustment with insulation class F and working temperature -40 to 70°C. The fan's ball-bearings has fat cause to time for life. Protection IP65.
Terminal block	The fan's terminal is standartly from black plastic. For single-phase embodiment also includes a starting capacitor. Terminal is located on the engine. The height is 40 mm terminals (3f version), 65 mm (1f design).
Noise level	The noise emitted by the fan is given in the tables, the measurement is made at a distance equal to three times the impeller diameter (minimum 1.5 m) on the suction side.
Installation	The mounting wall fan can be in every position axis engine. The fan casing must not transmit mechanical stress of building structures.
Direction of rotation	The direction of air flow can be changed for single-phase and three-phase engines. With standard impeller falls in the reverse direction flow by about 30%. It is possible to order the impeller to rotate in the opposite direction. For wall finish is standard flow of air from the engine to the impeller.
