The fans HCBT/..EX are axial non-explosive fans in fixed performance ''ex'', it can be used to mounting on the wall. They are suitable for bigger flow and low pressure loss of the air flow. Fans HCBT/..EX are suitable for transport of air without mechanical particles, which could cause abrasion or imbalanced of the impeller. These fans are suitable for space ZONE 1 by CSN EN 60079-14/7.98 (sooner SNV 2). They are not exposed to directly effects of the weather. Fans should be in casing and dry warehouse. Fans are produced in a quality system to ISO 9001.

Description

Housing	The cupboard is made of stainless sheet. It is equipped with black epoxy varnish, brackets and screws are galvanized.
Impeller	The fan's impeller is made of aluminium and it is statically and dynamically balanced. The range of working temperature of impeller is 20°C to 40 °C. Rotation of blades is standardly 32° or 34°.
Motor	The fan's engine is asynchronous with squirrel cage. Stator and cooling fins of the engine are fitted with black epoxy coated insulation class F. Ball bearings are greased for life fan. IP55.
Direction of rotation	The direction of air flow is standard on the wall performance from engine to impeller.
Terminal block	The terminal block is in non-explosive performance located on the engine of the fan.
Noise level	The level of the noise is measured in distance equal to three times the diameter of the impeller (at least 1.5 meters) in the suction line at full operation of the fan motor.
Installation	The mounting of these fans is can be in any position in axis of the engine. The fans HCBT/..EX can be installed exclusively to wall suction and discharge must be kept free. Fan casing must not transmit mechanical stress of duct.
Speed control	The non-explosive fans are not suitable for regulation of speed.
