HCBT/6-710 H Ex is a explosion-proof axial fan designed for air extraction and direct mounting in explosive environments. The HCBT Ex fan has a casing made of sheet steel, epoxy coated. Installation of the HCBT Ex fan in explosive atmospheres is possible in any position of the motor axis. The HCBT Ex fan is designed for wall mounting where the discharge and inlet must remain clear. The fan motor is asynchronous with with squirrel-cage, IP55 protection, fan explosion proof rating II2G Ex eb IIB T3. The terminal block is explosion proof and is located on the motor.

Description

Housing	The fan housing is made of sheet steel, provided with black epoxy paint. Holders and screws are galvanically plated.
Impeller	The impeller is made of Al alloy and is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motor	The HCBT Ex fan motor is made with squirrel-cage, the stator is with cooling fins. Black epoxy paint finish with Class F insulation. Ball bearings are grease filled for life.
Terminal block	The terminal block is explosion-proof and is located on the motor.
Installation	Mounting of the HCBT Ex wall-mounted explosion-proof fan is possible in any position of the motor axis. The HCBT Ex fan can be wall-mounted, the discharge and suction must remain free.
Speed control	The explosion-proof fans are not designed for speed control.
