The ERM 18 Ex t semi-centrifugal explosion-proof fan is designed for installation in circular ducts, in environments with a risk of explosion (medium: dust). The fan meets the safety requirements of European Directive 2014/34/EU for equipment and protective systems in potentially explosive atmospheres. The ERM Ex circular duct fan is suitable for use in explosive atmospheres (zones 1 and 2) such as paint shops, charging stations, workshops, production plants, etc. Explosion protection according to ATEX and IECEx.

Description

Housing	The fan housing is made of high-quality antistatic black RAL 9004 plastic.
Impeller	Semi-radial impeller made of high-quality antistatic plastic.
Motor	Maintenance-free condenser motor equipped with ball bearings. The condenser is located on the fan housing.
Direction of rotation	The direction of airflow and rotation is indicated by arrows on the fan housing.
Terminal block	The explosion-proof terminal block is located on the fan housing.
Installation	Mounting is possible in any position. To prevent the transmission of vibrations, it is recommended to use flexible Ex connections. To protect the fan, it is necessary to install a motor protector for Ex environments.
Speed control	Speed control is not permitted.
