The fan EDM are suitable for short air flow with very low pressure loss or to vent through the wall. Fans EDM are suitable into kitchens, bathroom and toilets. Fans EDM can be used for ventilation in residental construction in conjuction with humidistat HYG 2 or humidistat combined with thermostat for ventilation wet areas. Variants R and T can be turn on with switch.

Description

Housing	The fan housing is made of impact resistance plastic, color is white. Fan housing EDM is designed to mounting on the wall.
Impeller	The fan impeller is axial, made of impact resistance plastic. Fan impeller EDM has 9 aerodynamic and power optimized blades. On the shaft is secured against slipping steel spring.
Motor	The fan engine EDM is asynchronous with squirrel cage and shaded pole for continuous operate. Maximum operating temperature of ambient is 40 °C. Types, which is marked Z has ball bearings, greased to time for their life. The winding is safety against condensate with cover. EDM has protection against overload and twice insulation. Protection IP44, performance 12V has IP57.
Terminal block	The terminal block is accessible after removing cabels cover, that slides over the suspension rod. The connection is via cabel under the plaster or on the plaster. Terminal block includes a relief clip against pulling cable.
Noise level	The noise emitted by fan is measured in distance 1,5 m in fan axis on the suction side.
Installation	The fan mounting EDM is without limit, fan can be instal horizontal or vertical. Mounting with regards for life the bearings with axis of engine in horizontal position. Performance Z with ball bearings without limit. Fixing is via 4 screws under fan grid. Screws and plugs are included.
