Housing The fan housing is made of impact-resistant white plastic and designed for wall or ceiling mounting. There is a non-return damper in the fan discharge. When the front panel is removed, the power is automatically disconnected. Impeller The fan impeller is radial with backward curved blades and is statically and dynamically balanced. Motor Two-speed asynchronous motor with start capacitor equipped with thermal protection against overheating. Max. operating ambient temperature is 40 °C. Design with double insulation, protection class II, rating IP 44. Terminal block The fan terminal block is accessible after removing the front grille and the terminal block cover, connecting with a cable under the plaster or on the plaster. The terminal block contains a relief clip against tearing the cable. Noise level The noise emitted by the fan is measured at a distance of 1,5 meters in the axis of the fan on the suction side. Installation Mounting is done on a wall using a paper mounting template, which is included. Wall plugs and screws are also included. After removing the front grille, the fan is automatically switched off by a built-in safety switch. During installation, we recommend to use flexible washers under the fan mounting points to reduce noise transmission through the building structure. - Additional Information
