The DZS 35/4 B Ex t axial wall-mounted explosion-proof fan is designed for wall mounting in potentially explosive atmospheres (medium - dust). The DZS Ex fan meets the safety requirements of the European Directive 2014/34/EU for equipment and protective systems in potentially explosive atmospheres. The DZS Ex explosion-proof axial fan has a housing with a circular base. The axial wall fan is equipped on the suction side with a yellow protective grille according to EN ISO 13857. The fan has explosion protection according to ATEX and IECEx.

Description

Housing	Fan housing with circular mounting base. On the suction side, the housing is equipped with a protective yellow grille according to EN ISO 13857.
Impeller	The impeller is axial.
Motor	The maintenance-free motor is equipped with ball bearings.
Direction of rotation	The airflow direction is from the motor towards the impeller as standard. On request, a variant can be supplied in which the airflow direction is from the impeller towards the motor.
Terminal block	The explosion-proof terminal block is located on the supply cable from the motor. Power cable length 1.7 m.
Installation	The fan can be mounted in any position. To protect the fan, it is necessary to install a thermal contact device. The MVS 6 and TMS motor protection is recommended. The motor protection is installed outside potentially explosive atmospheres.
Speed control	Speed control is not permitted.
