The DZR 30/6 B Ex t axial duct explosion-proof fan is designed for installation in circular ducts in potentially explosive atmospheres (medium: dust). The DZR Ex axial explosion-proof fan meets the requirements of the European Directive 2014/34/EU for equipment and protective systems in potentially explosive atmospheres. The duct fan has a housing made of galvanized sheet metal. The fan can be switched for exhaust or supply air, thus reducing the fan airflow by approx. 35%. The fan has explosion protection according to ATEX and IECEx.

Description

Housing	The fan housing is made of galvanized sheet metal. The housing is equipped with flanges on both sides.
Impeller	Axial impeller.
Motor	Maintenance-free motor with ball bearings. Ingress protection IP 64.
Direction of rotation	The fan allows switching the operation to the opposite direction of airflow. Switching reduces the fan efficiency by approx. 35%.
Terminal block	The explosion-proof terminal block is located on the fan housing.
Installation	The fan can be mounted in any position. The fan must be supplemented with a thermal contact device during installation. Recommended motor protection MVS 6 and TMS - installation outside potentially explosive atmospheres. The fan located at the end of a ductwork must be equipped on the free side with a protective grille.
Speed control	Speed control is possible using a TR transformer.
