PRG
The PRG air supply weather louvres have a frame and blades made of grey plastic RAL 7035. The blades of the ventilation louvres are fixed at an angle of 45°. The weather louvres for air supply are square with the possibility of connection to a circular duct. The PRG ventilation weather louvres are to be installed on a surface (facade or wall of a building). The maximum air speed for the square weather louvres is 12 m/s. Maximum temperature 70 °C.
TWG
The TWG weather louvres are designed for four-sided and circular air ducts. The TWG weather louvres have fixed inclined blades. The TWG weather louvres are made of galvanized sheet metal. The TWG ventilation weather louvres are equipped with a net against small birds. The wall frame and the connection to the circular ducts of the weather louvres can be delivered to order.
IWG
The IWG weather louvres are designed for four-sided air ducts. The IWG weather louvres have fixed inclined blades. The IWG weather louvres are made of galvanized sheet metal. The IWG ventilation weather louvres are equipped with a net against small birds. The wall frame of the weather louvre can be delivered to order.
PDZM
PDZM are weatherproof louvres serving as distribution elements for supply and extract air. They are designed to be installed directly into a square duct or wall. The main purpose of rain louvers is to protect the inlets and outlets of HVAC ducts.
The PDZM weatherproof louvres are manufactured with an installation depth of 70 mm (PDZM 70 - standard) or 40 mm(PDZM 40 - on request) in the following materials - galvanised steel sheet, galvanised steel sheet with RAL 9010 surface painting, EN 988 zinc titanium sheet or aluminium sheet. On request, louvres made of AISI 304 stainless steel sheet or copper sheet can be supplied.
The louvres are supplied without fixing holes, with fixing holes in the view part or with a mounting frame without fixing holes. The frame is made of galvanised sheet steel.
The louvres are supplied without accessories or with accessories such as anti-bird net, anti-insect net (the nets are made of galvanised sheet steel) or with a G2 filter.
IGC
The IGC circular ventilation louvres are designed for outdoor installation. The weather louvres can be used for air supply and exhaust. The IGC circular ventilation louvres are equipped with a protective mesh (mesh size 10x10 mm). Connection dimensions to circular ducts ø 100-1250 mm. The IGC weather louvres are made *of aluminium** up to the diameter of 500 mm. From the diameter of 630 mm they are made of galvanized steel. The spacing of the blades is 20 mm, the inclination of the blades is 35°. The protective mesh is a stainless steel wire. The IGC aluminium weather louvres are connected directly to circular air ducts by insertion. The holes for screws pre-drilled in the frame can be used for fixing.
PZ
The PZ four-sided weather louvres are end ventilation duct elements designed to cover four-sided openings for air intake and discharge in the dimensions of the Vento product line. The ventilation weather louvres PZ are designed for mounting in a horizontal position on a facade. The operating temperature range is -40 °C to 80 °C. The weather louvres are made of galvanised sheet metal in RAL 7040 grey.
PZ IMOS
The PZ IMOS weather louvres are designed to be mounted on a facade or on the outside of a HVAC system to prevent the ingress of water, birds and dirt into the system. The PZ weather louvres are standardly made of galvanized sheet metal with narrow blades and can be equipped with a net with 10x10 meshes and can also be provided with powder paint according to the RAL. For easy wall or duct mounting, the UR-PZ mounting frame can be ordered.

PDZ
The PDZ weather louvres are designed for mounting on a facade or on the outside of a four-sided HVAC duct to prevent the ingress of water or larger impurities into the ventilation system. The PDZ rain ventilation weather louvres are made of galvanized sheet metal and are as standard equipped with a mesh against insects or small animals.
On request it is possible to supply the louvres made of aluminium sheet.The depth of the weather louvre frame is 40 mm for dimensions up to 1000x1000 mm. For dimensions above 1000x1000 the depth is 60 mm. On request it is possible to supply the louvres all RAL shades. It is also possible to supply the louvres with a wall frame for easier and faster installation of the weather louvres.
SMF
SMF are universal weather louvres designed for mounting on the facades of houses, walls or plaster. The square flat louvres have Z-shaped blades, which means that there is no risk of water penetration into the duct. The SMF stainless steel weather louvres have no throat and can be combined with duct diameters up to 185 mm.
