VFL
The circular VFL throttling air flow volume controllers are designed for quick and easy equalization of constant airflow in HVAC systems. The VFL controllers are suitable for low air flow velocity from 0,8 m/s. Installation is ensured by inserting the CAV controller into a HVAC duct. The controller housing and blade are made of high-quality plastic, the leaf spring is made of stainless steel.
DIRU
The DIRU regulating and measuring dampers are used for regulation and measurement of air flow in circular ducts. They are characterized by low noise level, class C air-tightness and the possibility of full opening for duct cleaning. The DIRU air flow controllers are made of galvanized sheet steel and are supplied with a control mechanism, measuring scale and pressure gauge connections. The dampers are connected to the circular ducts by means of rivets or self-tapping screws. The connections are equipped with a double-lipped EPDM rubber seal and are therefore widely used in projects with special tightness requirements.
IRIS
The IRIS regulating and measuring dampers are an ideal device for regulating and measuring air flow in circular ducts. The IRIS airflow volume regulators are characterized by low noise level, the possibility of full opening for duct cleaning and a very tight design. The IRIS measuring dampers are made of galvanized sheet steel and are supplied with a control mechanism, measuring scale and pressure gauge connections.
RDR
The RDR constant air volume flow controllers are used for precise mechanical setting of the required amount of air in the pressure range of 50-250 Pa. The air volume flow controllers are used in ventilation or air conditioning systems for air supply or exhaust.
The air flows through an opening inside the air volume flow controllers, in which the damper changes position according to the specified air flow volume. The built-in damper is connected to a calibrated spring, so no additional actuator is required. The damper can be adjusted using a locking screw. The air flow change is only possible in the given range of the controllers, which is specified in the product code. The RDR are constant air volume flow controllers, which are made of plastic (polymer) in grey, classified M1. The operating range of air temperatures is +5 to +60 °C.
NOTUS-S
The NOTUS-S four-sided constant air volume flow controllers are used to precisely set the required volume of transported air in the operating range of 50 - 1000 Pa. The controllers are available with manual control or with servo drive. The servo drive is used for step or continuous air flow volume control. The transported air flows through a damper, which changes the position according to the set air flow volume. The rectangular damper is connected to a calibrated spring that ensures the control operation to achieve the desired air flow volume. The constant air flow volume controller is suitable for both air inlet and outlet.
The NOTUS-S rectangular constant airflow volume flow controller are available in the following designs: M0 - manual control by means of a locking screw, M1 - servo drive 24V, 0-10V (can be used for both continuous and step control), M2 - servo drive 230V, 2-step (only for step control of the air flow volume).
NOTUS-R
The NOTUS-R / NOTUS-RI circular constant air flow volume controllers are used for precise adjustment of the required amount of transported air in the operating range of 50 - 1000 Pa. The controllers are available with manual operation or with servo drive. The servo drive is used for step or continuous control of the air flow volume. The transported air flows through a damper which changes position according to the set air flow volume. The circular damper is coupled to a calibrated spring that ensures the control operates to achieve the desired air flow volume. The constant air flow controller is suitable for both supply and extract air.
The NOTUS-R circular constant air flow volume controllers can be supplied with the following markings : M0 - manual adjustment by means of a locking screw, M1 - servo drive 24V, 0-10V (can be used for continuous and step control) M2 - servo drive 230V, 2-point (only for step change of airflow volume). NOTUS-RI - acoustically sheathed (isolated).
SPM
The SPM is an iris damper for air flow volume control. The SPM has a central sealing element with higher throttling effect. It is designed to control and measure the air flow volume and has higher throttling capacity thanks to a central foam rubber sealing element. Low noise level (no silencer needed behind the controller), uniform airflow, with centric circular cross-section, precision measuring accessories.
SPI
The SPI are circular iris dampers designed for control and measurement of the air flow volume. The iris dampers are made of galvanized sheet steel and are equipped with a rubber seal in the place of connection with a circular duct. The SPI iris dampers have a low noise level, so there is no need for a silencer behind the controller. The iris dampers can be used to control the air flow volume even when exhausted via diffusers. The maximum ambient temperature is 70 °C.
RPM
The RPM-K mechanical self-acting constant air flow volume controllers are duct elements that maintain a constant air flow volume in proportion to the pressure drop change in HVAC systems. The RPM-K are controllers designed for installation in circular ducts. The circular controller body and control device are made of galvanized sheet metal, the damper blade is made of aluminium sheet metal, and the blade axis, housing and spring are in stainless steel.
The self-acting mechanical constant airflow volume controllers are designed for supply and exhaust air systems where it is necessary to maintain a constant airflow volume in proportion to the pressure drop change. The position of the constant airflow volume controller can be horizontal or vertical. Air flow volume from 50 to 4500 m3/h, maximum air velocity is 10 m/s and maximum duct pressure is 1000 Pa. Each VAV controller is equipped with a pressure probe in the airflow and a servo drive (Belimo NMV-D2 MP, 24 VAV, supply voltage 24 V, control voltage 0-10 V).
TVJ Easy
The TVJ Easy rectangular HVAC control units are used to precisely set the required volume of transported air up to 36 000 m3/h. The variable airflow volume controllers are suitable for air speeds of up to 10 m/s. The TVJ Easy air flow volume controllers are also suitable for controlling room pressure or air duct pressure and for limiting or stopping the air flow in HVAC systems. The TVJ controller is available with electronic control elements - Easy, Compact, Universal and Labcontrol.
The TVJ Easy rectangular air flow volume controllers are made of galvanized sheet steel. On request, they are available with silver-gray RAL 7001 powder enamel coating. The damper blades and the differential pressure sensor are made of aluminium.

TVR Easy

The VAV controllers are also suitable for throttling or total air flow shutdown. The TVR Easy / TVR-D Easy air flow volume controllers are made of galvanized sheet steel, the seals are made of plastic. The controller is equipped with plain bearings.

TVE Easy
The circular TVE Easy variable air flow controllers ensure high-precision control even under adverse inlet conditions. The controllers are also used to limit or stop the air flow in HVAC systems. The damper blade is equipped with a built-in measuring unit. The TVE Easy controller is a compact unit consisting of a controller with potentiometers, an effective pressure transducer and a servo drive.
The TVE Easy circular controllers are made of galvanized sheet metal. The P1 version with powder enamel coating (silver-gray RAL 7001) or A2 version made of stainless steel are available on request.

EN
The EN four-sided automatic CAV controllers are designed to control the inlet or outlet air flow volume in HVAC systems. The EN air flow volume controller is a mechanical automatic unit that operates without external power supply. The damper blade, equipped with low friction bearings, is adjusted by aerodynamic forces so that the set air flow volume is kept constant within the differential pressure range. The EN controllers for the regulation of normal and high CAV are suitable for air flow volume of up to 12 096 m3/h. The EN controllers are suitable for air flow velocity of up to 8 m/s. The CAV controllers are made of galvanized steel, silver-gray RAL 7001 powder enamel coating available on request.

RN

OPTIMA-LV
The OPTIMA-LV variable air flow volume controllers are specially developed for high-precision VAV control of low air volumes in duct systems. The external signal for the automatic control can vary depending on requirements on heating, cooling or CO2. The VAV control inside the regulators is ensured by a damper blade connected to a servo-drive, which evaluates the pressure difference on the damper blade.
Due to their air-tightness class, the OPTIMA-LV controllers are suitable for environments with higher hygiene requirements, such as hospitals, operating rooms, laboratories, etc. The OPTIMA-LV controllers are available in the standard version or with acoustic and thermal insulation designated as OPTIMA LV-RI.
VFC
The VFC circular controllers are used to regulate air flow volume from 0,8 m/s. The air flow volume is adjusted by means of a rotary scale wheel on the outside of the controller. The circular VFC-type CAV controllers are mechanical, self-acting and operate without external power supply. They are designed for low air flow velocity.
The housing of the VFC circular controller is made of galvanized sheet steel, the damper blade is made of high-quality plastic.

LVC Easy
The LVC Easy variable air volume controllers for circular ducts are designed for air supply and exhaust systems with the VAV control. They are suitable for low air flow velocities (from 0,6 to 6 m/s) and low pressure in air ducts. The LVC Easy controllers are equipped with a lip seal for circular ducts to be connected. The position of the damper blade is shown outside on the axis extension. The housing of the LVC controller is made of galvanized sheet steel. The nozzle, control damper and plain bearings are made of plastic. The installation is possible in any position.

MTRP
MTRP are airflow controllers with damping effects made of a special heavy damping foam that achieves very good damping parameters. The setting of a constant airflow value is ensured simply by the number of released holes. By installing several screens in a row, a simple silencer can be created. Installation is done by inserting it into the duct. The use of additional sealing rings in the duct is necessary.
FTCU4
FTCU4 are air flow controllers suitable for air flow measurement and control and temperature measurement. Communication is via analogue and/or digital signal using Modbus communication. The FTCU4 airflow controllers can be commissioned via Bluetooth. The OneLink app is the ideal tool for direct airflow monitoring via a mobile device, speeding up installation and commissioning.
The regulators consist of a sensor body attached to a damper body with a Lindab Safe seal. Two sensors are mounted on the sensor body and connected to the display unit. The display unit is mounted on the damper body. The controllers are fitted with a cable to facilitate connection. The FTCU4 air flow controllers can also be supplied in white RAL 9003, black RAL 9005 and also made of acid-resistant 4404 stainless steel.
