The fan CVAB,CVAT are centrifugal for mounting into circular duct or rectangular duct. Fan housing is made of stainless galvanized sheet, indoor is equipped with soundproof. Fan is saved in the housing on spring-holders to reduce vibration. Fans CVAB,CVAT are designed for transport of air without mechanical particles, which could cause abrasion or imbalanced of the impeller. The fans, with regard to the inspection activities and the possibility of removing the side panel, recommended to be installed in any position with horizontal axis. On the cupboard are fixed the throat for connection to circular duct. Fan should be stored in covered and dry warehouse.

Description

Housing	The cupboard is made of stainless, galvanized sheet. The frame is in corner fixing AL polytope. The cupboard is indoor equipped with layer soundproof, strenght of panel is 25mm. For maintenance and cleaning is can be removed individual panel. Fan is saved in the housing on spring-holders, which emitted of transport vibrations. On the housing are circular throat with one razor seal. Individual panel can be change for panel with discharge throat. With operating of fan is the housing in overpressure.
Impeller	The fan impeller is centrifugal with backward cursed blades. Impeller is statically and dynamically balanced, is free runing and without spiral cupboard.
Motor	The engine is asynchronous and is equipped with thermo-fuse. Winding is protection against humidity with insulation class F and operating temperature -40 °C to 70°C. The closed and without maintenance ball bearing to time for life. Protection IP55.
Terminal block	The terminal is standardly made of black plastic, is free on the inlet cabel from engine and it can be mounted self-tapping screws in a prominent place on the chassis.
Noise level	The noise emitted is show in table. Values acustic performance in individual octave, see in table. Sound pressure listed in the specification table is measured at a distance of 1.5 m on the suction side 2/3 max air output.<
Installation	Installation is carried out only in the position shown in the image schema with the engine axis horizontally. Location discharge throat can be changed during installation by replacing the panel with the neck with one side or the top of the full panel.
