The economical CTB/4-500/200 Ecowatt Plus roof fan is a radial fan designed for ventilation of workshops, offices, commercial premises, bars, restaurants and apartment buildings. The CTB Ecowatt fan is equipped with an economical EC motor with ball bearings. The fan housing is made of galvanized sheet steel and is coated with black epoxy paint. The fan is equipped with a protective anti-bird netting.

Description

Housing	The fan housing is made of galvanized steel sheet. It is provided with black epoxy paint and equipped with a protective anti-bird netting.
Impeller	The fan impeller is radial with backward curved blades. It is made of galvanized steel sheet and is statically and dynamically balanced.
Motor	DC, specially developed EC motor with an external rotor for 230 V/50 Hz supply. The motor is equipped with a thermal fuse as standard. Continuous operating temperature -20 to +40 C. Ball bearings are for-life-greased-filled. IP44 rating, insulation class F.
Speed control	Thanks to the digital control unit, the fan enables 4 basic control modes, which are switched by the Prosys Ecowatt controller. The first mode, based on an integrated sensor, maintains a constant pressure in the duct. The other modes allow regulation based on a signal from the connected CO2, temperature and humidity sensors. The Prosys Ecowat can control up to 32 fans with different settings in one network.
Terminal block	The terminal block with a service switch is located on the fan housing. IP 55 rating.
Noise level	The noise level is measured at a distance of 1,5 m in the suction axis with the fan motor running at full speed.
Installation	The CTB Ecowatt fan is mounted essentially horizontally (with the motor axis vertically) directly on the circular duct. The installation is performed by means of a fan flange, which is equipped with a rubber seal.
