The CRT centrifugal fans are designed for the extraction of air at a temperature of 120 °C for industrial applications such as industrial production, large kitchens or cooling of machines. On request, it is possible to supply versions for temperatures up to 250 °C. The housing of the CRT centrifugal fans is made of coated thick-walled galvanized steel sheet.

Description
Housing The fan housing is made of coated thick-walled galvanized steel sheet. The housing is supplied as standard in position LG 270. The position can be changed for fans up to size 562 during installation.
Impeller The impeller of the CRT centrifugal fan has backward curved blades and is welded. It is provided with a coating and a great advantage is the construction, which ensures high efficiency at low noise levels.
Motor The fan is equipped with an asynchronous squirrel-cage motor, which is located out of the air flow. The fan motor insulation is class F, protection IP55. The motor is equipped with ball bearings and a built-in thermal fuse against overheating. 6-pole or two-speed motors are available on request.
Terminal block The terminal block is located on the motor.
Noise level The acoustic pressure is measured in the free space at a distance of 1.5 m, with connected ducts on both the suction and discharge side.
Installation The fan housing must not transmit mechanical stresses from the ducts, therefore a flexible connection to the ducts must be used. The fan is equipped with a mounting base.
Speed control Control is possible only by a frequency converter. We will offer you a suitable converter on request.
