The CRMT/4-500/205-7,5 centrifugal fan is designed for continuous transport of air up to a temperature of 300 °C and can withstand a temperature of 400 °C for at least two hours (air inside the housing only). The housing of the CRMT fan is made of thick sheet metal, which has a special surface treatment with a paint coating resistant to high temperatures. The CRMT centrifugal fan is approved according to EN 12101-3 standards. The centrifugal fan is suitable for general HVAC and OEM applications where high temperature air extraction is required. The fan can be used separately or can be integrated into other groups of machines for air exhaust or supply.

Description

Housing	The fan housing is made of thick sheet metal provided with a special coating resistant to high temperatures. The fan is designed for continuous air transport with a temperature of up to 300 °C and can withstand a temperature of 400 °C for at least two hours (air inside the housing only).
Impeller	The radial impeller with forward-curved blades is made of galvanized steel sheet and is dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940.
Motor	Three-phase motor with class F insulation and ingress protection IP55.
Terminal block	The terminal block is located on the motor.
Noise level	The noise emitted by the fan is measured in a free space at a distance of 1.5 m on the discharge side at maximum airflow.
Installation	During installation, it is necessary to use a flexible connection so that the housing does not transmit mechanical stress from the ducts.
