Housing The fan housing is made of electrically welded sheet metal and is provided with a durable grey epoxy-polyester coating. The fans are designed for continuous transport of hot air up to a temperature of +110 °C, without content of hazardous substances. Impeller The radial impeller with forward-curved blades is made of galvanized steel sheet and is dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940. Motor The asynchronous induction motor is located out of the air flow and is equipped with greased-for-life ball bearings. The motor is manufactured according to the IEC 34-1 standard. Motor insulation F, ingress protection IP55. Terminal block The terminal block is located on the motor. Noise level The noise emitted by the fan is given in the tables, measured at a distance of 1.5 m on the discharge side at maximum airflow volume. Installation The position of the discharge can be changed during installation. The fan housing must not transmit mechanical stress from the ducts. It is necessary to use a flexible connections to the ducts. Speed control Speed control is performed using frequency converters. - Additional Information
