Housing The fan housing is made of galvanized steel sheet with a 17 mm layer of acoustic insulation. The housing has a circular suction connection to a circular air duct. The panels on the fan housing are interchangeable so that the discharge can be directed sideways or upwards. There is an integrated grease drain tray in the housing. Impeller The radial fan impeller with backward curved blades is statically and dynamically balanced. Motor The asynchronous squirrel-cage motor is equipped with a thermal fuse of the winding as standard. The motor has grease-for-life ball bearings. The maximum operating temperature of the motor is 120 °C. Ingress protection IP55, insulation class F. Terminal block The terminal block is made of black plastic, placed loosely on the supply cable from the motor. Ingress protection IP55, cable length 0.8 m. Installation The fan installation must be performed with regard to the design, operation of the fan and inspection activities.
